Abstract

Purpose: Evaluation of Organizational Culture in National Library of Iran against Denison Model
Methodology/Research Design: Data was collected using a standard Denison questionnaire of 60 questions in four sections, and analyzed at descriptive and inferential statistics levels using SPSS application.
Findings: Scores gained were medium to minimum. Highest score was for involvement and lowest for consistency. Highest mean of organizational culture was for empowerment (=3.21) and lowest was for agreement (=2.69).
