نقش ذخیره‌سازی، انتشار و کاربرد دانش در بهبود وضعیت آموزش کارکنان دانشگاهی

چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ذخیره‌سازی، انتشار و کاربرد دانش در بهبود وضعیت آموزش کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بندرعباس است.
روش‌: پژوهش حاضر در زمرۀ پژوهش‌های کاربردی قرار دارد. روش پژوهش از نوع تحلیلی- پیمایشی است. جامعۀ پژوهش حاضر عبارت است از تمامی مدیران و کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بندرعباس. این تعداد مشتمل است بر 15 مدیر و 272 کارمند. نمونه‌ها نیز با بهره‌گیری از فرمول کوکران شامل 15 مدیر و 200 کارمند از جامعه نامبرده است. روش نمونه‌گیری در هر دو گروه مدیران و کارکنان به‌صورت تصادفی- طبقه‌ای است. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از یک پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته بهره گرفته شده‌است. در این پژوهش به دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی به تحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از پرسشنامه‌ها پرداخته شد. در سطح توصیفی با استفاده از مشخصه‌هایی نظیر فراوانی به تحلیل ویژگی‌های جامعه پرداخته شد و در سطح استنباطی فنون استنباطی آزمون نرمال بودن کولموگروف- اسمیرنف، آزمون دوجمله‌ای برای بررسی فرضیه‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: مدیریت دانش در ارتقاء و بهبود وضعیت آموزشی مدیران و کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بندرعباس مؤثر است. همچنین، ذخیره‌سازی دانش در ارتقاء و بهبود وضعیت آموزشی مدیران و کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بندرعباس مؤثر است. انتشار دانش در ارتقاء و بهبود وضعیت آموزشی مدیران و کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بندرعباس تأثیر دارد. کاربرد دانش نیز در ارتقاء و بهبود وضعیت آموزشی مدیران و کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بندرعباس مؤثر است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که ذخیره‌سازی و انتشار دانش نقش مهمی در افزایش کارایی آموزشی کارکنان و مدیران دانشگاهی دارد. علاوه بر آن، توجه به عواملی چون: تقویت فرهنگ سازمانی، تعامل میان همکاران، توجه به زیرساخت‌ها و فناوری اطلاعات نقش مهمی در کاربرد دانش در دانشگاه دارد. برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی، ایجاد پایگاه دانش، راه‌اندازی سیستم سنجش مدیریت دانش، ایجاد نظام پیشنهادها برای بهبود فعالیت سازمانی، برنامه‌ریزی کوتاه‌مدت، میان‌مدت و بلندمدت برای توسعه حرفه‌ای کارکنان از زمره پیشنهادهای این پژوهش است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of knowledge storage, dissemination and application in improving the education status of employees of Islamic Azad University, Bandar Abbas branch.
Method: The current research was an applied research. The research method was analytical-survey type. The society in this research was all managers and employees of Bandar Abbas Islamic Azad University included 15 managers and 272 employees. The samples also included 15 managers and 200 employees from the community using the Cochran formula. The sampling method was random and stratified in both groups of managers and employees. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. In this research, descriptive and inferential methods were used to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaires. At the descriptive level, using characteristics such as abundance was dealt with the analysis of the characteristics of the society. At the inferential level, inferential techniques of Kolmogorov-Smirnov's normal test were used to examine the hypotheses, binomial test.
Findings: Knowledge management is effective in improving and improving the educational status of managers and staff of Islamic Azad University of Bandar Abbas. Also, Knowledge storage is effective in improving education and improving the educational status of managers and staff of Bandar Abbas Islamic Azad University. The dissemination of knowledge in the field of creation is effective with the promotion and improvement of the educational status of managers and staff of the Islamic Azad University of Bandar Abbas. The application of knowledge in the field of creation is effective with the promotion and improvement of educational status of managers and staff of Islamic Azad University of Bandar Abbas.
Conclusion: The results showed that storing and disseminating knowledge plays an important role in increasing the educational efficiency of academic staff and administrators. In addition, attention to factors such as: strengthening organizational culture, interaction among colleagues, attention to infrastructure and information technology plays an important role in the application of knowledge in the university. Holding training courses, creating a knowledgebase, setting up a knowledge management measurement system, creating a system of suggestions to improve organizational activity, short-term, medium-term and long-term planning for the professional development of employees are among the suggestions of this research.
