میزان موفقیت وظایف کاربری در پیوند با خانواده‌های کتابشناختی مبتنی بر الگوی مفهومی اف.آر.بی.آر. در نرم‌افزارهای کتابخانه‌ای

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان بهبود نتایج جستجوی کاربران عادی و متخصص موضوعی با استفاده از خانواده‌های کتابشناختی مبتنی بر الگوی ملزومات کارکردی پیشینه‌های کتابشناختی (اف.آر.بی.آر.) در دو نرم‌افزار کتابخانه‌ای یکی با امکان محدود کردن نتایج جستجو   براساس براساس خانواده‌های کتابشناختی و دیگری بدون این امکان انجام شده است.
روش/ رویکرد پژوهش: میزان موفقیت کاربران به‌روش تجربی از طریق پایگاه آزمایشی محقق‌ساخته پژوهشگر‌ساخته در مورد اعضای دو خانواده کتابشناختی "بوستان سعدی" و "رباعیات خیام" با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و تجربه کاربران در دو نرم‌افزار کتابخانه‌ای سیمرغ و رسا مورد وارسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: میزان موفقیت نرم‌افزار سیمرغ در پشتیبانی از چهار وظیفه کاربری (یافتن، شناسایی، انتخاب، و دسترسی) به بیان‌هایی از خانواده کتابشناختی "بوستان سعدی" و "رباعیات خیام" برمبنای نظرات دو گروه کاربران متخصص و عادی بیش از نرم‌افزار رسا بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: هر دو نرم‌افزار رسا و سیمرغ می‌توانند با اصلاح صفحات جستجو امکانات بیشتری را برای پشتیبانی از وظایف کاربری در اختیار کاربران قرار دهند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose:  The purpose of this research is to improve the users' (general and experts in the field of Persian literature) search results using bibliographic families based on Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR) in two library software, one having bibliographic family search limitation feature and another fail to have this.
Methodology: Experimental method is used to evaluate user's success through a self-designed experimental database about the members of the two bibliographic families of Sa’di’s “Bostan” and Khayyam's "Rubaiyat" by conducting semi-structured interviews and observing user’s information seeking behaviors in two library software (Simorgh and Rasa) as well as completing checklist.
Results: According to the results Simorgh software success rate succeeded Rasa in supporting the four user tasks (finding, identifying, selecting and obtaining).
Conclusion: Both Simorgh and Rasa library software can improve their search features by supporting user tasks.
