This research aims at designing a model for the presentational and user interface features of Iran’s web-based OPACs, according to world standards and expert viewpoints. Data collecting tools used were library studies and check lists. The study population included professional librarians familiar with OPACs who were chosen through purposive sampling. The model presented different criteria in both parts of demonstration features and user interface: the criteria associated with demonstration features are: general specifications, educational information, tags, textual features and page design.
