The purpose of this research was to evaluate the kinds of behavioral difficulties related to publishing the findings of research, along with the way of fixing them. The methodology was library research. The paper explains the main categories associated with the ethics of publishing the findings of research from the time of sending the manuscript to the magazine to the time of publication including: the objectives of the scientific magazine, the chief editor, referees and the way of giving names in the articles. In addition, the topics related to moral misbehaviour like plagiarism, secondary publication, conflict of interest etc. have been discussed. The paper attempts to explain each of the mentioned topics referring to the definition, process, duties of each of the members, identifying moral misbehaviour and behavioral difficulties along with the way of fixing them. The compilation of a draft about the ethics of publication, applicable to all the research institutes and organizations, has been suggested.
