Purpose: Synonymy is one of the important features of natural languages. Since a single concept may be expressed by two or more lexical forms, and it is not predictable which lexical form of a single concept will be searched for, the retrieval system must be able to refer from all synonyms of the same idea to the document in which the concept is discussed. This research aimed to investigate the use of synonyms in non-preferred headings/ terms in Persian subject headings and Asfa Thesaurus, using Farsentas a comprehensive lexical source of the Persian language.
Method: This was an applied research in terms of its goals, and used content analysis as a general methodology, specifically Natural Language Processing techniques and tools to measure the extent to which synonyms are used to build non-preferred headings/ terms in both controlled vocabulary, by measuring the similarity of the two groups of data. 3270 main subject headings and 2020 main thesaurus terms were selected, in a purposive sampling procedure, from Persian Subject Headings, and Asfa Thesaurus, as two controlled vocabulary used in the process of compiling the Iran National Bibliography. Non-preferred headings/ terms related to each main heading/ term, as well as synonyms of each, were also extracted from Farsent. Reliability was obtained by repeating the extraction of a part of the headings/ terms by a second researcher with a score of 0.618 and 0.706 between zero and 1 respectively. The similarity between the two data sets of non-preferred headings/terms with the synonyms of main headings/ terms related to them in Farsnet was measured using Cosine Similarity.
Findings: In the sample taken from Persian subject headings, 2561 main subject headings (78.3%) have non-preferred headings that refer to them. 2316 main subject headings (70.8%) also have synonyms in Farsent. The similarity score between non-preferred headings and synonyms of the corresponding main headings was 0.125, thus very low. Also, in the sample taken from Asfa, 545 main terms in Asfa (about 27%) have non-preferred terms. 1376 terms (68%) of these main terms also have synonyms in Farsnet. Thus, 1475 main terms (73%) do not have non-preferred terms (which refer to the main term). The similarity score between non-preferred terms in the Asfa Thesaurus and the synonyms of the corresponding main terms was 0.131, very low as well.
Conclusion: More commitment to the construction and use of subject references in the form of non-preferred headings is observable in Persian Subject Headings, but a small number of referential headings and terms (non-preferred) have been selected from among the synonyms of main subjects/terms in the Persian language. This research recommends the introduction of synonyms of terms for all users, including catalogers and those involved in the creation of controlled vocabularies, both during the search for concepts and in the creation of terms, because it can be a step towards improving subject authority databases and, ultimately, a more exhaustive user subject search and retrieval experience.

Purpose: The organization of geographical resources is considered important as one of the types of non-book resources used by library users because they provide detailed and strategic information about any place in the world. In many libraries the organization of geographical resources is done in the book standards and with the Iran MARC format, as a result, due to the lack of relationship between bibliographic records, users face challenges in searching and retrieving geographical resources. Since establishing a semantic relationship between bibliographic records in the libraries requires the implementation of library cataloging systems based on conceptual models, the newest of which is the IFLA Library Reference Model (LRM), it is essential to map bibliographic records of Iran Marc with the LRM model. For this purpose, this research was carried out to map the data elements of geographical resources in the Iran MARC format with the entities, attributes, and relationships in the IFLA Library Reference Model (LRM).
Method: The current research was conducted using the qualitative content analysis method and the checklist tool related to the IFLA final report, the August 2017 edition. In this checklist, the structure of 11 entities in three levels, 37 attributes, and 36 relationships between them are comprehensively and clearly presented in the form of separate tables.
Findings: In this study, all the data elements of geographical resources are mapped in the table including data elements of Iran MARC format with entities, attributes, and relationships between them in the LRM model. In this way, the columns of this table consist of the main fields and sub-fields of Iran MARC format related to geographical resource records taken from RASA software, as well as the columns of entities, attributes, and relationships of geographic resources in the LRM model. Also, Due to the extensibility mechanism of the LRM model, five new relationships (person has part person, work was created by a person, a person is equivalent to a person, and the collective agent is equivalent to a collective agent) have been added to the LRM model by the researchers.
Conclusion: If all the entities, attributes, and relationships are systematically described, the mapping of the fields related to Iran MARC records to the LRM model will be successful. The results indicate the data elements of geographical resources in the UNIMARC format are compatible with the entities, attributes, and relationships in the IFLA LRM model. Also, the results of this study indicate the representation of new relationships between the entities of the LRM model. Since the LRM model is a reference model and the RDA rules use this model as a guide, transferring from the UNIMARC format to the LRM conceptual model can be a suitable solution for organizing geographical Resources.

Purpose: The present study investigated the degree of overlap of keywords extracted from interface elements in the representation of text documents using the "Rapid Automatic Keyphrase Extraction Algorithm."
Method: In this research, the "Rapid Automatic Keyphrase Extraction Algorithm" was used.
Keywords were extracted from a dataset including 500 scientific articles in five different subject groups. Then, the overlap between the keywords of the title, abstract, and keywords of the authors was examined.
Findings: The results showed that the overlap between title keywords and authors' keywords was about 45%, and the overlap between abstract keywords and authors' keywords was about 18%. Further, it was observed that the keywords of the title covered 22% of the keywords of the abstract. The results also showed that the overlap and dispersion between the keywords of the abstract and the keywords of the authors and between the keywords of the abstract and the keywords of the title were balanced and almost the same. However, it was observed that the keywords of the title and the keywords of the authors were more scattered, which indicates the possibility of more overlap between the keywords of the title and the keywords of the author of an article compared to the keywords of the abstract and the keywords of the author, as well as the keywords of the abstract and the keywords of the title. Is. In addition, there was a good understanding of the concepts and topics of the research field in the fields of psychology and public administration, while the need to improve and strengthen the knowledge of concepts was observed in the fields of information technology and public law. The amount of overlap between abstract keywords and authors' keywords in five subject groups was about 20%.
Conclusion: Appropriate use of keywords, writing abstracts with content in harmony with the topic and choosing suitable titles can help to improve the process of extracting concepts, storing and retrieving scientific articles, including that keywords, abstracts and titles can be used as input for algorithms for extracting concepts, as well As parts of the information storage structure, they can contribute significantly to the speed of users' access to the information they need and as input for information retrieval algorithms for quick access to related articles.

Purpose: To determine the effect of problem-solving skills and self-efficacy on the information-seeking behavior of graduate students in management, information science, and Knowledge.
Method: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and by survey method. The students in this research were selected by random sampling. To collect information in the current study, three general self-efficacy questionnaires with 17 questions, Hepner's problem-solving skills questionnaire with 32 questions, and a researcher-made information-seeking behavior questionnaire with 31 questions were used. According to the results of Cronbach's test, the reliability of the information-seeking behavior section is (0.73). The problem-solving skill section is (0.71), and the validity of the questionnaires has been examined and approved by 7 experts in the fields. Out of 3278 people, the questionnaires were randomly distributed among graduate students (master's degree and doctorate) of nine public universities in Tehran and a total of 234 responses were received.
Data analysis was done using SPSS software. Due to the normality of the data, the regression test was used to identify the effect of problem-solving and self-efficacy on information-seeking behavior.
Findings: According to the Pearson test results, there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of self-efficacy and information-seeking behavior, and there is also a positive and significant relationship between the components of problem-solving skills and information-seeking behavior, as well as between self-efficacy and problem-solving skills.
Based on the obtained results, the level of problem-solving skills and self-efficacy as well as information-seeking behavior of students is average. Among the three components of problem-solving skills, (personal control) has the highest value, and (confidence in problem-solving) has the lowest value. Among the components of self-efficacy, the highest value is related to (tendency to initiate behavior) and the lowest value is related to (persistence in homework). Also, among the components of information-seeking behavior, the highest value is related to (the nature and type of information sought) and the lowest value is related to (motivation).
Conclusion: According to the findings, the low value of the component of trust in solving problems shows the lack of ability of a person to solve problems. Because people do not trust their ability to solve the problem and avoid reaching the right answer and solving the problem with self-control. The lower component of insistence on the task compared to other components of self-efficacy is a sign of not accepting failure by the person and starting the next behavior. Since a person does not tolerate failure, after spending a little time on the path if no progress is made, he quickly replaces the previous path with another path to avoid failure. Also, due to the higher value of the information-seeking behavior component compared to its other components, it shows that the type and subject of information sources is a determining factor of the search. Because students do not have the motivation and desire to reach the desired subject through different methods and subjects, they try to identify only the desired subject and collect information about the same subject. Also, the results of the findings show that since the confidence in solving problems among students is low, they do not have enough motivation to reach information and as a result, they do not persist in doing their work and homework and leave it half-finished.

Purpose: The transformation of looking at organizations and paying attention to organizational communication is inevitable nowadays. Hence, the factors affecting these communications and optimizing them are necessary for managers to identify. Considering the importance of intra-organizational communication as well as the important role of political intelligence in the management and development of the organization, the present research was conducted to investigate the state of human resources organization and its effect on intra-organizational communication about the mediating role of political intelligence in the public libraries of Isfahan province.
Method: In terms of the method of data collection and relationships between variables, the current research belongs to the category of descriptive-correlation research, and in terms of research goals, it is of an applied type. The statistical population of the study included all librarians and managers of public libraries, of which 60 managers and 200 employees were selected by simple random method and using the Karjesi and Morgan table as a sample (n=260). In this research, out of three standard questionnaires, three questionnaires include the Political Intelligence Questionnaire of Cook, Cooley, Hilary, and Kot (2004) and the Inter-Organizational Communication Questionnaire taken from Hadigal's Inter-Organizational Communication Questionnaire (2014) and the Human Force Organization Questionnaire taken from the Alipour Hafizi Questionnaire (2015) was used. The validity and reliability of the mentioned questionnaires were confirmed to check the information by Pearson's correlation and linear regression using SPSS software.
Findings: The results showed that the political intelligence and intra-organizational communication of the research samples are at a favorable level. Also, the results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between political intelligence and human resource organization (r=0.52, p = 0.001) and also between intra-organizational communication and human resource organization (p = 0.65, p = 0.001). r = In other words, political intelligence can help to understand the dynamics of power. Increasing the understanding of political intelligence increases people's success and reduces anxiety. People with high political intelligence can increase their group efficiency. Increasing the understanding of intelligence Political managers and librarians of information organizations such as libraries increase organizational success, reduce anxiety, and improve external relations. Politically intelligent managers can increase their group efficiency because political intelligence is necessary for the growth of people in organizations. In particular, political intelligence helps librarians understand power dynamics, inconsistencies, and values during change, and the results showed that intra-organizational communication and political intelligence are good predictors for human resources organizations.
Conclusion: The study highlights the importance of enhancing organizational communication and political intelligence among managers and librarians. These aspects play a crucial role in establishing effective two-way communication between managers and employees, ultimately improving human resource management within organizations.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the personal knowledge management of faculty members of ShahidChamran University of Ahvaz and their educational performance. The determination of the level of personal knowledge management dimensions and the investigation of the relationship between these dimensions and the educational performance quality are also among the particular objectives of this research.
Method: The current research is a descriptive-correlation survey. The statistical population includes the faculty members of ShahidChamran University of Ahvaz in the academic year 2017- 2018, 526 individuals. Using Krejcie and Morgan's table, 217 persons were selected as clustered-relative. The research tools included a personal knowledge management questionnaire and an educational performance questionnaire. They were distributed among the participants after evaluating their reliability as well as validity. The obtained data were analyzed by statistical methods of Pearson correlation coefficient, and Spearman’s correlation coefficient. To analyze the research data from S. P. S. S. Version 22 was used. To examine the status of personal knowledge management and the quality of educational performance, a one-sample parametric test was used, and to examine the relationship or lack of relationship between the variables, And to examine the relationship or lack of relationship between them, considering that for personal knowledge management in general and sub-scales of creative skills and collaborative skills, the significance level of the test is higher than 0.05. and the assumption of normality of the data was used. Regarding the sub-scales of self-learning, self-management, information literacy, exploration skills, a network of knowledge assistants, and perceptive skills, the significance level of the test is lower than 0.05 and the normality of the data can be assumed. Accepted and Spearman's non-parametric correlation test was used.
Findings: The results of this research showed that the personal knowledge management condition of the faculty members of ShahidChamran University of Ahvaz is relatively desirable with a mean of 3.92 Dimension of the self-learning evaluation with the mean of 4.02, the collaborative networked learning (CNL) with the mean 4, the perceptual skills with the mean 4.01 are at a desirable level, and the dimension of self- learning management with the mean 3.81, information literacy with the mean 3.94, exploration skills with the mean 3.94 are at a relatively desirable level. The status of educational performance with a mean of 4.25 shows the desirable status of educational performance among the current research community. Regarding the correlation coefficient (0.731) and P value (0.001), personal knowledge management at ShahidChamran University of Ahvaz has a positive and significant relationship with their educational performance. Also, according to the obtained coefficients, it can be said that between the dimensions of personal knowledge management, self-assessment with a correlation coefficient (of 0.653), self-learning management with correlation coefficient (0.630), information literacy correlation coefficient (0.632), skills Probability correlation coefficient (0.618), Knowledge network of correlations coefficient (0.577), Knowledge consciousness correlation coefficient (0.685), perceived skills correlation coefficient (0.582), creative skills correlation coefficient (0.0537), There was a positive and significant relationship between the correlation coefficient (0.546) and educational performance at the level (0.001).
Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the the personal knowledge management of the faculty members of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz is relatively desirable, the managers and authorities must try to promote it to a desirable programming level. Also, they must show more attention to the dimensions of knowledge consciousness, self-learning management, and exploration skills which have obtained lower grades.
