		<Abstract>&lt;br /&gt;Purpose: The present study aims to identify the barriers of cloud computing implementation from the point of view of the officials of the portal of digital libraries in Iran.&lt;br /&gt;Methodology: This study was conducted using descriptive-survey method and applied type. The statistical population of this research is the officials of the portal of digital libraries of Iran. In this research, due to the limited statistical population, sampling has not been done and the whole statistical society has been investigated. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and its validity was confirmed by the faculty members of the Information and Knowledge Department as well as the Department of Computer Science. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by calculating the Cronbach&#039;s coefficient of alpha (80.3%), which indicates the reliability of the instrument is appropriate. Descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data.&lt;br /&gt;Findings: The results indicate that implementation of cloud computing in the portal includes economic, security, administrative and legal barriers. In analyzing the results from single user T tests, Friedman rankings and mean differences were used, and one-way variance or F test was used to analyze the results of differences in view of type of libraries. As a result, there is no significant difference in the type of libraries to identify the barriers. &lt;br /&gt;Conclusion: It is necessary to compile some rules for cloud computing.</Abstract>
