مقایسه عناصر اطلاعاتی فیپای الکترونیکی با فیپای چاپی در صفحه حقوق کتاب‌های منتشره فارسی از ابتدا تا 1390 در کتابخانه ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده

هدف: شناسایی میزان همگونی عناصر اطلاعاتی در رکوردهای فیپای الکترونیکی در بانک کتابشناختی کتابخانه ملی و فرم چاپ‌‌شده توسط ناشران، شمار عناوین فیپاهای جعلی، و اشتباهات چاپی ناشران در صفحه حقوق کتاب‌‌هاست.
روش/رویکرد پژوهش: عناصر اطلاعاتی (سرشناسه، عنوان، وضعیت نشر، مشخصات ظاهری، موضوع، رده‌بندی، شناسه­های افزوده) رکوردهای کتابشناختی تمام کتاب‌های فارسی در نرم‌‌افزار رسا در کتابخانه ملی از ابتدای تهیه فیپای الکترونیکی تا سال1390، با عناصر اطلاعاتی چاپ­شده در صفحه حقوق کتاب‌‌ها با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از سیاهه ‌وارسی استفاده شده است.
یافته­ها: بیشترین همگونی در قسمت توصیفی مربوط به عنصر سرشناسه با 100 درصد، در دو حوزه فلسفه و روان‌شناسی، و هنر است؛ عنصر عنوان با ۹۹ درصد همگونی دربیشتر حوزه‌ها، وضعیت نشر بالای 90 درصد در کل حوزه‌ها همگونی داشته‌اند. در قسمت تحلیلی، بیشترین همگونی درعنصر رده‌بندی با 100 درصد در رده کلیات و فلسفه‌؛ عنصر موضوع با 2/98 درصد در موضوع دین و ادبیات؛ و عنصر شناسه‌افزوده با 70 درصد در موضوع کلیات همگونی داشته­اند. از مجموع 1219 نمونه رکورد که به‌طور تصادفی  بررسی شدند، 219 مورد از فهرست‌ها جعلی بود؛ بدین معنی که ناشر برای فهرستنویسی پیش از انتشار اقدام نکرده ‌‌است.



نتیجه‌گیری: میزان همگونی در سرشناسه و عنوان، بیشترین و در شناسه افزوده، کمترین بود. بیش از 70 درصد اطلاعات فیپای چاپ‌شده در صفحه حقوق کتاب با فیپای الکترونیکی تهیه‌شده در کتابخانه ملی همگونی دارد. میزان همگونی فیپای چاپ‌شده در صفحه حقوق کتاب با فییای الکترونیکی در قسمت توصیفی کمتر از قسمت تحلیلی است. میزان اشکالات تایپی عناصر اطلاعاتی در صفحه حقوق کتاب کمتر از ۷۰ درصد است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: Investigating consistency of data elements of ECIP (Electronic Cataloging in
Publication) records in the bibliographic database of the National Library with the printed
CIP data elements printd on the copyright pages of monographs held in the collection of
the library wa sth epurpose of this study. The number of fake ECIP titles and mistakes by
publishers in the print format was also studied.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Bibliographic elements (heading, title, publication status,
physical characteristics, subject, classification, added entries) were collected from NLI's
database and copyright pages of printed monographs for a sample of 1000 titles divided
into 10 DDC main classes.
Findings: Consistency for descriptive data elements was100% the main entry, Philosophy
and Arts classes. Consistency was observed for 99% for Titles and 90% publication satatus
for all items disregard of th subject area. With regard to analytic elements, consistency was
100% with regard to classification code for the classes of Generalities and Philosophy f.
Subject headings with 98.2% consistency of Theology and Literature; and added entries
with 70% for generalitie. Overall, consistency rates were higher in main entry and title,
and lower for added entries.
Conclusion: More than 70% of the printed CIP data in copyright pages of printed monogrphs
was consistent ECIP records. Consistency of descriptive data in printed CIP was
less than analytic data. Typing errors found in 49.5% of records in printed materials. Out
of 1219 records randomly selected, 219 were fake ECIP, ie relevant items were never not
published.
