تحلیل گرایش موضوعی گزیده مقالات ایفلا در مقایسه با اولویت‌های پژوهشی سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی ایران

چکیده

هدف: تعیین خط‌مشی برای انتخاب، ترجمه، و انتشار گزیده مقالات ایفلا در راستای اولویت‌های پژوهشی سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی ایران.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است و با روش تحلیل محتوای موضوعی و سپس ارزیابی مقایسه‌ای انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش455 مقاله ترجمهشده همایش‌های سالانه ایفلاست که بین سال‌های 2000تا 2015در گزیده مقالات ایفلا منتشرشده یا در دست انتشار است و نیز فهرست اولویت‌های پژوهشی سازمان که75 عنوان است. در مرحله گردآوری اطلاعات، عناوین و چکیده مقالات و عناوین اولویت‌های پژوهشی سازمان به‌شکل کلمه‌به‌کلمه تحلیل شد و فهرستی از مفاهیم موضوعی مقالات، استخراج شد. سپس، مفاهیم موضوعی استخراج‌شده با سرعنوان‌های موضوعی فارسی و اصطلاحنامه اصفا مستندسازی شد و موضوعات در مقوله‌های موضوعی لیزا دسته‌بندی شد. درنهایت، مقولههای موضوعی گزیده مقالات ایفلا با اولویت‌های پژوهشی سازمان مقایسه شد.
یافته‌ها:از میان مقوله‌های موضوعی اختصاص‌یافته به گزیده مقالات ایفلا، بیشترین فراوانی به «مواد کتابخانه‌ای» با 71 فراوانی (6/15%) و کمترین به «ساختمان کتابخانه» و «خواندن و سواد» با 4 فراوانی (88/0%) تعلق داشت. در اولویت‌های پژوهشی سازمان «مدیریت سازمان» با 17 فراوانی (23%) بیشترین و «کنترل کتاب‌شناختی»، «فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات»، و «خواندن و سواد» به‌طور مشترک با 1 فراوانی (1%) کمترین فراوانی را داشته‌اند. بیشترین درصد فراوانی پوشش موضوعی در گزیده مقالات ایفلا با 6/15% مربوط به «مواد کتابخانه‌ای» است؛ درحالی‌که در اولویت‌های پژوهشی «مدیریت سازمان» با 23% بیشترین درصد فراوانی را به‌خود اختصاص داده است. «مدیریت پیشینه‌ها» در هر دو جامعه پژوهشی فراوانی صفر داشت.
نتیجهگیری: گزیده مقالات ایفلا و اولویت‌های پژوهشی سازمان در مقوله‌های «کاربردها و کاربران کتابخانه»، «مواد کتابخانه‌ای»، «مدیریت سازمان»، و «دانش و یادگیری» بیشترین اختلاف فراوانی را دارند که نشان‌دهنده تفاوت پوشش موضوعی در آنهاست و باید در انتخاب مقالات برای ترجمه به این امر توجه شود.

Purpose: Determine the policy for selecting, translating and publishing selected IFLA articles in line with research priorities of the organization. Methodology was content analysis and comparative evaluation. The research community of 455 articles between 2000 and 2015 selected IFLA articles and research priorities list of the organization includes 75 titles. First, the titles and abstracts of the research articles and research priorities of the organization were analyzed literally. Then the list of subject concepts extracted from the articles and priorities was documented with the subject headings of the Persian language and the ISFA thesaurus and classified in the subject categories of Lisa and their subject-oriented topics were compared together.
Findings: In the selection of IFLA articles, the highest frequency was related to the thematic category of library materials with a frequency of 71 (15.6%) and library and reading (literacy) categories with the frequency of 4 (0.81) had the lowest abundance. In the research priorities of the organization, the organization (management) with the frequency of 17 (23%) had the highest frequency and the categories of bibliographic control, information and communication technology, and reading (literacy) had the lowest frequency of one (1%).
Conclusion: IFLA Paper Selections and NLAI Research Priorities have the moste different frequencies in libraries applications and users, library materials, organization management, and knowledge and learning. This shows they have different subject coverage, so it is necessary to pay attention to select papers for translating.
