مطالعه تطبیقی سوء رفتار علمی در جهان

چکیده

هدف: مطالعه تطبیقی سوء رفتار علمی در برخی کشورهای مورد اتهام شامل ایران، عربستان، ترکیه، مصر، فلسطین اشغالی، هند، پاکستان، امریکا، چین، ژاپن، کره جنوبی، سوئد، و فرانسه است.
روش‌شناسی: تمامی پژوهش‌های کشورهای مذکور که از 2010 تا 2017 در پایگاه وب علوم (وب‌آو‌ساینس) نمایه و سپس به‌دلیل سوء رفتار علمی سلب اعتبار شده‌اند استخراج و به‌عنوان جامعه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. در این پیمایش تحلیلی با روش مقایسه‌ای و با رویکرد علم‌سنجی وضعیت مقالات سلب اعتبارشده برخی کشورهای مورد اتهام، از حیث میزان همکاری با کشورهای دیگر، دوره زمانی، میزان استنادهی ، انواع بدرفتاری‌های علمی به تفکیک کشورها، رشته‌ها، و حوزه‌های علمی بررسی گردید.
یافته‌ها: بیشترین نوع سوء رفتار علمی، سرقت علمی و متعلق به رشته‌های حوزه علوم پایه است. چین بیشترین مقالات سلب اعتبارشده در رشته‌ها و حوزه‌های مختلف علمی داراست.  بیشترین مقاله سلب اعتبارشده مربوط به حوزه علوم پزشکی است.
نتیجه‌گیری: مقالات سلب اعتبارشده در سال‌های اخیر روند روبه‌رشدی داشته است. در مجموع،  ایران، هند، و پاکستان بیشترین میزان سوء رفتار را نسبت به کل تولیدات علمی داشته‌اند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: A comparative study of scientific misconduct in some countries, including Iran, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Isreal, India, Pakistan, United States, China, Japan, South Korea, Sweden and France.
Methodology: All retracted articles indexed in Web of Science between 2010 and 2017 were selected. Using analytical approach and Scientometrics method, the status of retracted papers in terms of cooperation with other countries, disciplines, retraction date, citation rate and types of retraction by separation of countries, scientific categories and disciplines were studied.
Results: The top scientific misconduct was plagiarism and belonged to science branch fields. China had the most retracted papers in each discipline, domain and scientific category. The most retracted articles were written in Medical Sciences domain.
Conclusion: There is an upward trend in papers getting retracted in recent years. Overall, Iran, India and Pakistan had the most scientific misconduct in compare to their total scientific production.
