تأثیر تکنیکهای خلاصهسازی بر دستهبندی متون فارسی
هدف این پژوهش، استفاده از ترکیب تکنیک های دسته بندی و خلاصه سازی و بررسی تاثیر افزایش تعداد اسناد می باشد که تأثیر پارامترهای خلاصه سازی TF وISF و چهار تکنیک دسته بندی بیزین، درخت تصمیم، قانون و بردار پشتیبان و سه معیار ارزیابی دقت، صحت و فراخوان بر روی 1000 سند متن اصلی و خلاصه محاسبه و تفاوت ها بررسی شدند. نتیجه ی این پژوهش حاکی از برتری اسناد 1000 تایی، روش خلاصه ساز ISF نسبت به TF، روش های دسته بندی بیزین و بردار پشتیان نسبت به روش قانون و درخت تصمیم، متن اصلی نسبت به متن خلاصه می باشد که بیشترین مقدار %96.67 از معیار صحت در دسته بندی SVM و اسناد 1000 تایی متن اصلی از تکنیک خلاصه ساز ISF حاصل شد.

بافتار استنادهای مقالههای علم اطلاعات
هدف: شناسایی، طبقهبندی، و تحلیل بافتارهای استنادی مقالات علم اطلاعات و انواع استنادها با رویکرد فراگفتار هایلند. روششناسی: این پژوهش در دو مرحله «شناسایی طبقه استناد» (Jurgens et al., 2016) و «تحلیل مبتنی بر فراگفتار کارکرد شناساییشده» (Hyland, 2005) انجام شده است. 164 بافتار استنادی مقالات استناد کننده به 10 مقاله به زبان انگلیسی (مجموعاً شامل 656 جمله استنادی صریح و ضمنی) بررسی شده است. یافتهها: استنادها از نظر فراگفتار در 2 طبقه اصلی استنادهای «تعاملی- هدایتی» و «تعاملی- مشارکتی» با 4 طبقه فرعی در سطح دوم، 14 طبقه فرعیتر در سطح سوم و 23 طبقه فرعیتر در سطح چهارم دستهبندی شد. استنادهای شناساییشده بیشتر از نوع تعاملی- هدایتی بود و نه تعاملی- مشارکتی. طبقات درکشده نیز بیشتر توصیفی بودند و نه تحلیلی و نقدگونه. نتیجهگیری: شباهت طبقهبندی استنادهای این مطالعه با طرحهای موجود تا سطح سوم است و اغلب نیز با طبقات استنادهای تعاملی- هدایتی اشتراکاتی دارند. بهنظر میرسد انواع استنادهای تعاملی- مشارکتی شناساییشده بتواند در پالایش بافتارهای استنادی در سامانههای بازیابی اطلاعات متون علمی و در ارزیابی کیفی تأثیرگذاری پژوهشها یاریرسان باشد.

سنجش رتبهبندی سامانههای پیشنهاددهندۀ مقاله در تقابل با رتبهبندی کاربران
هدف: سامانههای پیشنهاددهنده مقالههای علمی در تلاشاند بهجای الزام کاربر به اصلاح راهبرد جستجو و فرمولبندی واژگان پرسش، الگوریتمها و رویکردهای مناسب را برای عرضه مرتبطترین مدارک بهکار گیرند. علاوه بر ربط، رتبهبندی مدارک بازیابیشده نیز میتواند رضایت کاربران را تضمین کند. این مقاله نتیجه تحلیل رتبه مقالهها را در سامانههای پیشنهاددهنده پایگاه وبآوساینس و موتور جستجوی گوگلاسکالر از دیدگاه کاربران و سنجه (NDCG) Normalized Discounted Cumulative Gain گزارش میکند. روششناسی: از 120 دانشجوی داوطلب دکترای دانشگاه شیراز در رشتههای علوم انسانی، علوم پایه، فنی-مهندسی، کشاورزی، و دامپزشکی (از هریک ۳۰ نفر) خواسته شد 2400 مقاله (1200 مقاله پیشنهادی گوگلاسکالر و 1200 مقاله پایگاه وبآوساینس) را بهلحاظ ربط، رتبهبندی کنند. دادهها با پرسشنامه و نرمافزار پژوهشگرساخته گردآوری شد. یافتهها: میان رتبه انتسابی کاربران و رتبه انتسابی پایگاه شباهت ضعیف بود. شباهت رتبهبندی مقالات در سامانههای هر دو پایگاه نیز ضعیف، اما معنادار بود.الگوریتمها و شاخصهای سامانههای پیشنهاددهنده هر دو پایگاه برای رتبهبندی چندان موفق نیست و نیاز به بازنگری دارد. نتیجهگیری: الگوریتمها و شاخصهایی که سامانه پیشنهاددهنده دو پایگاه برای رتبهبندی مقالههای مرتبط پیشنهادی درنظر گرفتهاند، در تأمین رضایت کاربران زیاد موفق نبوده است؛ بنابراین بازنگری در الگوریتمهای رتبهبندی این دو پایگاه ضروری بهنظر میرسد.

پروتکلهای مبادلۀ اطلاعات در کتابخانههای دیجیتالی
هدف: شناسایی پروتکلهای مبادلۀ اطلاعات در کتابخانههای دیجیتالی و تعیین شاخصهای اثرگذار در انتخاب و بهرهگیری از آنها. روششناسی:ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامۀ پژوهشگرساخته بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی بهره گرفته شد. جامعۀ پژوهش 36 کتابخانۀ دیجیتالی است. یافتهها: پروتکل او.ای.آی. – پی.ام.اچ. با 80% استفاده، پرکاربردترین و او.ای.آی. – او.آر.ای. با 18% کمترین استفاده را داشت. کتابخانههای دانشگاهی، آموزشگاهی، و تخصصی بیشتر از پروتکل او.ای.آی. – پی.ام.اچ. استفاده میکنند. پروتکل Z39.50در کتابخانههای ملی و عمومی بهکار رفته است. از اس.آر.یو./دبلیو. در کتابخانههای عمومی بیشتر استفاده میشود. بیشترین و کمترین استفاده از پروتکلها بهترتیب در کتابخانههای تخصصی و آموزشگاهی است. نتیجهگیری: تنها استفاده از پروتکلZ39.50 تحت تأثیر فعالیت کتابخانههای دیجیتالی است. وجود منابع آرشیوی و اشیای فرهنگی- موزهای باعث شده است کتابخانهها بیشتر از پروتکل او.ای.آی.–پی.ام.اچ. اطلاعات استفاده کنند. استفاده از پروتکل Z39.50 و اس.آر.یو./دبلیو. تحت تأثیر استفاده از مدل جستجوی همزمان و استفاده از او.ای.آی. – پی.ام.اچ. تحت تأثیر استفاده از مدل برداشت اطلاعات است.

خلاقیت سازمانی و مهارتهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی کتابداران
هدف: شناسایی رابطه میان خلاقیت سازمانی کتابخانهها و مهارتهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی کتابداران.روششناسی:پیمایشی تحلیلی میان کتابداران کتابخانههای دانشگاهی آذربایجان شرقی انجام و دادهها با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته جمعآوری شد.یافتهها: میانگین خلاقیت سازمانی 831/26 با انحراف استاندارد 83/1 و میانگین مهارتهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی 021/61 با انحراف استاندارد 6/2 محاسبه شد. تحلیلهای آماری استنباطی (آزمون رگرسیون و پیرسون) در سطح معناداری کوچکتر از 05/0؛ رابطه میان خلاقیت سازمانی کتابخانهها با مهارتهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی کتابداران آذربایجان شرقی را با مقدار 615/0 R=تائید کردند.نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهند خلاقیت سازمانی کتابداران کتابخانههای دانشگاهی و مهارتهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی آنان در سطح خوبی قرار دارد و میان خلاقیت سازمانی کتابخانهها با مهارتهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی کتابداران کتابخانههای دانشگاهی آذربایجان شرقی رابطه مستقیم، مثبت، و معناداری وجود دارد.

عملکرد و همپوشانی ابزارهای کاوش فازی و غیرفازی
هدف: شناسایی قدرت بازیابی ابزار کاوش فازی و غیرفازی و میزان همپوشانی بین آنها. روششناسی: این پژوهش با نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی و هدفمند از میان همه ابزارهای کاوش فعال در وب انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها سه سیاهه وارسی پژوهشگرساخته بوده است. یافتهها: ابزارهای غیرفازی متاکراولر، بینگ، و امرالد بهترتیب، و ابزارهای فازی گوگل، یاهو، و اسک بیشترین دقت را داشتند. در میان هر شش ابزار، گوگل قویترین و امرالد ضعیفترین عملکرد را داشت. در جستجوی کلیدواژهای، بینگ و متاکراولر بیشترین و در جستجوی سؤالی، یاهو و متاکراولر ببیشترین همپوشانی را داشتند. در جستجوی عبارتی نیز بیشترین همپوشانی بین یاهو و متاکراولر مشاهده شد. در سه جستجوی سؤالی، عبارتی، و کلیدواژهای همه نتایج امرالد منحصر بهفرد بود. نتیجهگیری: گوگل بهترین و امرالد ضعیفترین عملکرد را داشتند. با اینکه متاکراولر یک ابرموتور کاوش محسوب میشود اما نسبت به گوگل که یک موتور کاوش عمومی است ضعیفتر بود. در کل، ابزارهای کاوش فازی عملکرد قویتری داشتند. بیشترین همپوشانی نیز در میان متاکراولر با یاهو و بینگ مشاهده شد.

عوامل مؤثر بر استفاده از پیشنهاد پرسش: ارائه مدل تأثیر و تأثر با رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری
هدف: عوامل مؤثر بر استفاده از پیشنهاد پرسش و ارائه مدل مربوط به تأثیر و تأثر آنها با رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری. روششناسی: پژوهش کاربردی حاضر بهروش آمیخته (ترکیب کیفی و کمّی) انجام شده است. در این پژوهش ابتدا عوامل مؤثر در استفاده از پیشنهاد پرسش از طریق بررسی و مطالعه متون بهروش اسنادی شناسایی شدند، سپس عوامل شناساییشده با روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، سطحبندی شدند. برای ارائه مدل و سطحبندی عوامل، پرسشنامه خودتعاملی عوامل مؤثر بر استفاده از پیشنهاد پرسش در اختیار 10 نفر از متخصصان حوزه پیشنهاد پرسش قرار گرفت تا میزان تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری عوامل بر یکدیگر را تعیین کنند و مدل مربوط به آن را ارائه دهند. یافتهها: با بررسی متون حوزه پیشنهاد پرسش، 13 عامل مؤثر در استفاده از پیشنهاد پرسش شناسایی شدند که عبارتاند از: ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی، تجربه جستجو، سطح تخصص و دانش حوزه، سطح دانش زبانشناسی، پرسش کاربر، ایجاد خلاقیت، روانشناختی و شناختی، منبع ایجاد پیشنهاد پرسش، عوامل بافتی، ویژگیهای معنایی پیشنهاد پرسش، ویژگیهای ساختاری پیشنهاد پرسش، ارتقای عملکرد کاربر، و سهولت و آسانی استفاده. در مدل ارائهشده، «منبع ایجاد پیشنهاد پرسش» تأثیرگذارترین عامل بر سایر عوامل و «ارتقای عملکرد کاربر» تأثیرپذیرین عامل تشخیص داده شدند. نتیجهگیری: عوامل شناساییشده پایهای هستند. پژوهشگران میتوانند هنگام بررسی عملکرد و وضعیت پیشنهاد پرسش ابزارهای جستجو از آن در ارائه الگوریتمهای مربوط به پیشنهاد پرسش بهره برند. همچنین، با مشخصشدن عوامل کلیدی و ارتباط میان آنها در مدل ساختاری تفسیری، پژوهشگران و طراحان الگوریتمها میتوانند از آنها استفاده کنند.
